Reporting an Issue
- Log in to JIMFLIX: Use your Plex credentials to access the JIMFLIX Portal.
- Locate the Media: Navigate to the media you want to report an issue with, either through your library or the search functionality.
- Open the Media Details: Click on the media title to view detailed information about it.
- Report Issue: Look for an option like "Report an Issue" (usually displayed as a button or icon in the media details page). Click the button to open the issue reporting form.
- Describe the Problem: Select a category or type of issue from the dropdown (e.g., playback issues, quality problems, missing subtitles). Add additional details in the provided text box to help the administrator understand the problem.
- Submit the Report: Review your entry and click the "Submit" button to send the issue to the server administrator or Ombi owner.
